Today we would like to remind you that you can enjoy your favorite photos at any time working on a computer. The only thing is necessary to do is create a screensaver or install your pictures as desktop wallpaper.

In order to set up one of your great photos as a desktop wallpaper:
- Open it;
- When the image has fully loaded right-click on it once again;
- In a pull-down menu window select “Set as a background or wallpaper”. A selected image should now appear as your desktop wallpaper.

4 New Screensavers for Mac

It is high time to release new screensavers for Mac. We have not released screensavers for mac for along time.
 So users of Mac computers can download and install the following screensavers now:
  nfsBlueAbstractClock is a free clock screensaver. The background is animated and features flying dots on a black background.
  nfsSpaceLinesClock is a clock screensaver, featuring a digital clock on a space background.
  nfsUnderUmbrella is a free screensaver, featuring a calendar and a clock.
nfsSummerLandscape2 is a free nature screensaver. The screensaver features a nice summer view and a digital clock to remind you about the time when the monitor is idle.

We have updated our collections of screensavers and wallpapers.

As usual all screensavers are animated and include clocks that show your local time.

Wallpapers Update or Music In The Air!

Hello everybody,
Today we have released new wallpapers on theme of music and would like you to test them on your desktops. We called them MusicLove, ListenToMusic, LoudMusic, TurnTable.

All wallpapers on www.newfreescreensavers.com are available in four formats 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1680x1050, 1920x1080.
To download a wallpaper you like select a resolution you need and click on it. When the image has fully loaded right-click on it once again. In a pull-down menu window select “Set as a background or wallpaper”. A selected image should now appear as your desktop wallpaper. Sometimes it is necessary to save a picture to your PC , then open it and after that select “Set as a background or wallpaper” in a pull-down menu window.

Newfreescreensavers.com Website Upgrade

We are glad to inform you that Newfreescreensavers.com has got three new features: website search bar, tag cloud on wallpapers page, which allow to categories all free wallpapers, and upgraded categories section.

Now visitors of www.newfreescreensavers.com can us a search bar to find a screensaver they need by its name or any other criteria. On a Search results page it is possible to narrow the result by clicking screensavers or wallpapers button. In our opinion, the new bar will definitely speed a process in searching for a desired screensaver and is a good addition to Categories.

Moreover section with categories was also modified. Now when a user click on an arrow near the name of a category, the page won’t reload and a user may select a subcategory without changing a page. If a user wants to see all screensavers located in a category, it is necessary to click on its name and the page will show all, for example, free Christmas screensavers.

We also changed a page with wallpapers a little bit. Now it is possible to categories all free wallpapers with the help of a tag cloud, which is located in the left upper corner of the page Wallpapers. By choosing a necessary tag, for example, nature, animals or any other from the cloud, a user will see free wallpapers on the required theme.

Screensavers Tips and Tricks for Multiple Monitor Users

This week I have got a request from one of our users regarding a screensaver for multiple monitors. For example, for three monitors.
As we do not have screensavers stretching for two and more monitors, we have made a research and what we have found. Running a screensaver on multiple monitors can be not so easy at it seems to be. In the Internet we have found few websites offering screensavers for two monitors, but they are all not free. If you use two and more monitors, you might have already found them.
 Also we have found two applications, which helps to set different screensavers on different monitors. One of them is called UltraMon   and another one is DesktopTools from DruTech Corp.  So, both of them provide multi-monitor support for desktop wallpapers and screensavers.
At present Newfreescreensavers.com offers NFS Screensavers Manager to manage the screensavers installed at a PC: to select screensavers, set time and order of show.

Newfreescreensavers.com , a website dedicated to safe and free screensavers for Windows and Mac, has made a redesign of its website to be more user-friendly online resource for screensavers users.
